In Kyrgyzstan, 163 educational institutions were built and renovated in 2025

President Sadyr Japarov shared the results of funding in the education sector


In his recent speech, President Sadyr Japarov noted that in 2022, financial support was provided for the construction and renovation of educational institutions in Kyrgyzstan.

He reported that during this period, 60 new schools and 28 kindergartens were built, and major repairs were completed in 41 educational institutions and 5 kindergartens.

Additionally, through alternative sources of funding such as local budgets, development funds, sponsorship contributions, and private investments, the construction of 29 facilities was completed, including 16 schools and 13 kindergartens.

In total, the construction and renovation of 163 educational facilities were completed across the country, of which 117 are new buildings and 46 are majorly renovated.

The President emphasized that these initiatives are aimed at improving the quality of educational infrastructure and creating decent conditions for children's education throughout Kyrgyzstan.
