The Department of Capital Construction published an announcement on December 25, 2025, at 16:39 regarding a tender for technical supervision services. The order concerned the "Acquisition of technical supervision services for the construction of a new modern city museum with the necessary equipment" in Manas on Kurmanbek Street.

The expected contract value was 873,400 Kyrgyz soms.

However, the tender did not take place as no applications were submitted.
