In 2025, over 27,000 applications for registration were submitted to the Register of Personal Data Array Holders.
Of the total number of applications:
- 24,210 were received from commercial organizations;
- 2,096 from government bodies;
- 801 applications were submitted by municipal institutions.
As of December 22, 2025, out of all submitted applications, 22,162 were approved, 4,865 were rejected, and 80 remain under review.
The Agency notes that the high proportion of approved applications demonstrates an increasing level of responsibility among organizations, as well as their intention to comply with the requirements of legislation in the field of personal data processing.
Furthermore, the Register has become more accessible to citizens: they can now find out which specific personal data is held by organizations, how it is processed, where it is transferred, and for how long it is stored.
As part of its advisory activities, the agency's specialists also responded to 368 inquiries from citizens and organizations, providing necessary clarifications and practical assistance on registration issues.
