Torobaev issued instructions to simplify the collection of documents for water supply to villages
In the Chuy region, in two rural municipalities — Abdykerim Sydykov and Dostuk, Bakyt Torobaev, who holds the position of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, held a meeting with activists, local council deputies, and representatives of municipal authorities.
During this meeting, issues related to accelerating the preparation of necessary documentation for the development of project and estimate documents (PED) for water supply systems in villages were discussed. The main goal of these activities is to implement modern water supply systems and ensure the population has access to clean drinking water.
The minister emphasized the need for quality and timely preparation of documents, highlighting that access to drinking water is one of the key tasks of state policy in the field of regional development and improving the quality of life for citizens.
The department responsible for the development of drinking water supply and wastewater management will assist in drafting technical specifications.
Bakyt Torobaev also provided specific instructions on simplifying and optimizing the document collection process at the local rural municipality level, urging local authorities to actively cooperate and promptly address emerging issues. He noted that coordinated work among all parties will significantly accelerate the implementation of water supply projects in rural settlements.
