Government agencies will switch to AI analytics and electronic data exchange
According to the document, the plans include the development of artificial intelligence-based tools designed for analyzing draft regulatory legal acts (RLA). The implementation of machine-readable law is also anticipated, which will help identify outdated, contradictory, or duplicative norms. A prototype of the AI module has already been tested and put into operation.
Moreover, the use of AI in the work of ministries and agencies will significantly speed up the process of document analysis.
To ensure open access to legislation, a digital legal portal has been created, where current laws and their explanations are available in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English, including a mobile version.
All government institutions have now fully transitioned to electronic inter-agency data exchange through the "Tunduk" system.
