Fines from Cameras Online: The Cabinet Discusses New Rules for Sending Notices

The draft of new regulations developed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan has been put out for public discussion. It concerns the procedure for sending copies of rulings on violations recorded using automatic photo and video recording cameras.

The document describes cases where violations were recorded using certified technical means operating in automatic mode. It is proposed to send copies of rulings and accompanying documents in electronic format through the automated information system "Unified Register of Offenses - Automatic Recording of Offenses".

According to the draft, the Ministry of Internal Affairs must create technical conditions for authorized personnel so that they can process and send such materials in digital form. For this purpose, it is planned to develop an interactive form taking into account interdepartmental cooperation within the "Smart City" project and its component "Safe City".

The state institution "Kyzmat", under the administration of the president, has been tasked with developing a technical assignment for creating a service for sending electronic copies of rulings. Additionally, JSC "Tunduk" in collaboration with "Kyzmat" must prepare standard provisions on the procedure for sending such documents and recommendations regarding their format.
