In Kyrgyzstan, 63 agricultural enterprises will be established in 2025


The results of 2025 show that 63 new facilities focused on the processing of agricultural products and the improvement of trade and logistics infrastructure have been put into operation in Kyrgyzstan as part of agricultural development.
The Ministry of Agriculture reports that among these facilities are trade and logistics centers, as well as enterprises engaged in the processing of grains, vegetables, fruits, dairy products, meat, fish, and wool, including facilities producing organic products.

These initiatives have helped create 2,707 new jobs, positively impacting regional development, increasing employment, and strengthening the production potential of the agricultural sector. According to data from January to November 2025, the share of the food industry accounted for 17.4% of the total volume of industry in the republic.

Preliminary data shows that in the 11 months of 2025, enterprises in the agricultural sector produced food products worth 94.2 billion soms at current prices, and the physical volume index reached 127.8%.

As part of the development program for Kyrgyzstan until 2030 and in accordance with state policy in the agricultural sector, the commissioning of 385 processing enterprises is planned, which will increase the processing level to 25%. The total amount of investment in this direction will be 20.96 billion soms.

"For 2026, the opening of 75 new processing enterprises is planned, with an expected investment volume of 9.1 billion soms. The Ministry will continue to work towards achieving the established target indicators," added representatives of the department.
