From 01:00 to 03:00 on the night of January 6, a number of payment and banking services will be unavailable to users, according to information from MPC.

During this period, the following services will be unavailable:

operations with "Elkart", VISA, UPI, and MasterCard cards processed by JSC "MPC" (including online payments, cash withdrawals, and payments);
ATMs and POS terminals;
services and operations in the "Elkart Mobile" app.

Citizens are asked to plan their financial operations in advance and take the time constraints into account. These measures are necessary for conducting technical work aimed at improving the stability and quality of service operations.
