In Kyrgyzstan, the nationwide testing (ORT) will be conducted by the Center for Assessment in Education and Learning Methods (CAELM) from 2026 to 2028. This information was announced by representatives of the Ministry of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations.

The decision to select the organization was made after a competitive selection organized by the Independent Testing Service.

The selected Center is required to ensure the independence of the testing and guarantee transparent and equal conditions for all participants of the ORT.

It is worth noting that CAELM has been conducting ORT in the country since 2002.
