According to psychotherapist Irina Krashkina, spring can be a difficult period for many people, as symptoms such as apathy, headaches, and insomnia are often observed during this time. "This time of year is challenging for both nature and for humans, who are a part of it. Nature begins a new cycle in spring: it sheds old leaves and blooms flowers. People also need to find the strength to start a new phase of life," Krashkina noted in an interview with RIA Novosti.
The doctor added that this is why many people who do not have enough energy or vitality at the beginning of spring may face ailments such as apathy, low mood, headaches, and insomnia.
“During this period, chronic diseases may worsen, there is a general decrease in vitality and constant drowsiness. However, conditions can vary, and it is important to distinguish between genuinely painful conditions that require medical attention and general exhaustion that arises before the start of a new life cycle,” she emphasized.
