According to Turgunbaev, the creation of such a department was driven by current needs. Over the past two years, the hospital management has been working on the project for a new building and sending the necessary documents to the regional department of capital construction, while simultaneously acquiring modern medical equipment.
However, the slowdown in the construction of the main facility and the need for a new department led to the decision to carry out a major renovation of the existing reception area. Funding for this work was allocated from the budget of the Ministry of Health. “We have ensured the creation of all necessary conditions for patients brought in by ambulance. The tender for the construction work was won by the company OsOO 'Betelgeuse,' and the contract amount was 1 million 476 thousand soms. The facility has already been put into operation,” Akzhol Turgunbaev reported.
The new department is equipped with modern equipment, including a centralized oxygen supply system, monitors for heart rate and blood pressure control, as well as a mobile X-ray machine.
The chief physician noted that the opening of this specialized department has significantly improved the promptness of assistance to emergency patients and greatly reduced the burden on the other departments of the hospital.
