The deputy urged the acting Minister of Health to strengthen the primary level of the healthcare system.
She emphasized the need to create a three-tier model for providing medical services.
“Currently, there is a significant burden on hospitals. People go to hospitals at the slightest discomfort, which leads to long queues. Therefore, it is important to strengthen primary healthcare. The appointment of a new leader opens up opportunities for structural changes, and the system urgently needs serious reforms,” the deputy noted.
Sadyrbayeva also pointed out the importance of digitizing data and accounting, as well as the need to attract young specialists to the healthcare sector.
“I hope you will create a professional team and demonstrate political will,” she added.
The Parliament considered Osmonov's candidacy for the position of minister and gave its approval.
