During the negotiations, the results of joint projects supported by the Swiss side were discussed, as well as plans for further development of cooperation in the field of healthcare in Kyrgyzstan.
The parties emphasized the successes of initiatives aimed at improving financial protection for citizens, increasing their health awareness, developing local health committee associations, enhancing the qualifications of healthcare workers, and strengthening primary healthcare, especially in the prevention and management of non-communicable diseases. Additionally, measures to improve management within the healthcare system were discussed.
Participants in the meeting noted that the implemented projects contribute to both increasing accessibility and improving the quality of medical services, as well as strengthening the institutional capacities of the healthcare system in the country.
As a result of the discussions, both sides expressed a desire to continue the partnership and expand cooperation in key areas of healthcare.
