According to the inspection, the incident occurred at the intersection of Young Guard Boulevard and Kyiv Street when a man approached them. He reported that his wife was having contractions and they were stuck in traffic, unable to reach the hospital by taxi.
The inspection staff promptly provided them with official transportation and took them to Maternity Hospital No. 4.
The man expressed his gratitude to the inspectors for their assistance.
