At the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh on February 5, Deputy Medina Kairylbekova raised an important issue concerning the provision of medical supplies to feldsher-obstetric points (FAP) in remote areas of Kyrgyzstan.
According to her, residents of some distant settlements are facing a serious shortage of medications, and many of them have to cover significant distances to reach pharmacies.

Kairylbekova emphasized the need to create conditions for the implementation of essential medicines in FAPs, which would significantly improve access to medical care for the rural population.

She also noted that addressing this problem requires a systematic approach, which includes organizing stable supplies of medications and implementing mechanisms to ensure the delivery of medicines to remote areas.
