Gula Kozhokulova also inquired with the representative of the Ministry of Health about possible plans to restore the City Health Department in Bishkek and to create a similar unit in Osh, where this also seems relevant.
In response, First Deputy Minister of Health Aibek Matkerimov stated that the ministry is already working on structural changes and will consider the deputy's initiatives.
