At the parliamentary meeting on January 21, Deputy Suyunbek Omurzakov (District No. 10) raised the issue of the lack of necessary reagents in state laboratories. He emphasized that the Ministry of Health should allocate funds and not skimp on this important aspect.

According to Omurzakov, the number of patients with certain diseases is increasing; however, the necessary reagents are absent in state laboratories. As a result, doctors are sending people to private clinics, where the cost of tests is no less than 5,000 soms. The deputy pointed out that for many citizens, this amount is significant, considering their salaries and pensions.

He insisted on the need for financial support for the Ministry of Health and called for strengthening the new leadership of the agency. "Our citizens are forced to turn to private medical centers. It is good that there is an opportunity to take tests in our laboratories without going abroad, but it is also important to develop and support state institutions," the deputy concluded.
