65-year-old Emilbek Barpiyev, residing in the Talas region, became known for his unique "smart stove." A Turmush correspondent met with him in the village of Cholponbay in the Aitmatov district.

Emilbek shared that he and his wife got married in January 1989 after being introduced by relatives. "We are raising three sons and three daughters. Now, thank God, we have grandchildren and nieces. Two daughters and two sons have already started their own families and are raising children. One of the sons is studying at university, and one daughter lives abroad. We pray that they find their destiny and are happy. I have been involved in construction and craftsmanship for over 40 years, working on many house projects — this is my job. I not only carry out rough work but also engage in planning, advise on building materials, and help realize ideas. For this, I have received many kind wishes from people," he shared.

Three years ago, on the advice of friends, Emilbek began beekeeping. "This has become a real passion for me. I got acquainted with the world of bees and now we sell honey at a price of 500 soms per kilogram. We eat it, and I share it with my children and daughters. This hobby brings me joy, and I recommend people of middle age to try their hand at it. My daughter posted a video on social media about the 'smart stove' I created. It became popular, and I decided to share my achievements and daily work with the youth, showing that you can create something with your own hands," Emilbek said.

As for the "smart stove" itself, Emilbek noted that when removing ash, dust rises in the house. "Therefore, when I built the house, I developed a project that would avoid this problem. I reinforced the stove's foundation and created an outlet to the outside, which I enclosed with a small house. I covered this outlet with a metal flap and made it so that it could be opened and closed. When the stove is burning and ash accumulates, it is enough to pull the flap, and the ash falls into a prepared pit. Cleaning occurs from the outside, which keeps the house always clean. In construction, you can always find new solutions based on your experience," he added.
