The decree states that the transfer is aimed at increasing the efficiency of the company's operations. The corresponding functions of the cabinet of ministers regarding the management of JSC "Tunduk" are being transferred to the administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, as stipulated in Articles 66, 70, and 71 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic. Additionally, the company's assets will also be transferred to the jurisdiction of the Presidential Administration. The decree comes into effect on April 9, 2026.
