The Consul General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Antalya has been relieved of his duties

Rustam Koshonov is no longer serving as the Consul General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Antalya. This information has been officially confirmed by the press service of the President's administration.

According to the statement, the decision to relieve him of his duties was made in connection with the completion of his diplomatic mission.
Koshonov had headed the Consulate General in Antalya since December 3, 2022. Prior to that, starting in 2019, he held the position of head of the state protocol department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

It should be noted that the decree to establish the Consulate General in Antalya was signed by President Sadyr Japarov in October 2021.
