According to the project, it is planned to send summonses, notifications, and other procedural documents through a digital platform, which will allow for the recording of sending and receiving information.
The project proposes changes to several codes and laws, including the Criminal Procedure Code, the Civil Procedure Code, and the Administrative Procedure Code, as well as legislation on enforcement proceedings.
The justification for the draft law emphasizes that the innovations are aimed at reducing paper document flow, speeding up processes, and reducing the administrative burden on government agencies. Furthermore, the new system will record the fact of delivery of notifications, which should lead to a decrease in the number of disputes.
If technical difficulties arise, notifications can also be sent via SMS, email, and other means of communication.
It is expected that the adoption of this law will contribute to the digitalization of public administration and simplify the interaction of citizens with government agencies.
