Congratulations on Nowruz, the traditional spring holiday, have been received by the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, and the residents of the country from various world leaders and heads of international organizations. In their addresses, they emphasized the importance of a peaceful and prosperous future for Kyrgyzstan, as well as the need to strengthen bilateral and regional ties.

Xi Jinping, the Chairman of the People's Republic of China, noted the significance of Chinese-Kyrgyz relations in his congratulatory message and expressed readiness to continue deepening mutually beneficial cooperation, recalling three meetings with Japarov last year.

Russian President Vladimir Putin emphasized that the relations between Russia and Kyrgyzstan are based on strategic partnership. He added that further development of these ties serves the interests of both peoples and strengthens security in Central Asia.

Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev characterized Nowruz as a holiday of renewal and abundance, expressing hope for further development of strong friendship and strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.

Emomali Rahmon, the President of Tajikistan, noted the deep historical and cultural roots of Nowruz and expressed confidence that Tajik-Kyrgyz relations will continue to strengthen, adding new content to cooperation.

Masoud Pezeshkian, the President of Iran, called Nowruz a common cultural heritage that inspires renewal and deepening of friendship, emphasizing the importance of this holiday for peace and stability worldwide.

Rustam Minnikhanov, the head of Tatarstan, wished that the spirit of renewal and joy fills people's hearts with hope and faith in a better future, bringing new ideas and good fortune.

King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia sent his sincere congratulations to Japarov and the people of Kyrgyzstan, wishing them health, happiness, and prosperity. A congratulatory message was also received from Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

Nurlan Ermekbaev, the Secretary-General of the SCO, noted that Nowruz is celebrated as the International Day of Nowruz by the UN General Assembly resolution and expressed confidence that Kyrgyzstan, under Japarov's leadership, will continue to develop and strengthen partnerships within the SCO.

The Secretary-General of the CSTO, Taalatbek Masadykov, emphasized the importance of Kyrgyzstan's role in ensuring regional security and its contribution to the development of the organization as a tool for stability in the Eurasian space.
