Congratulating the people of Kyrgyzstan were high-ranking officials such as the Chairman of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping, the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the head of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdymukhamedov, Iranian official Masoud Pezeshkian, as well as the head of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the King of Saudi Arabia Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. Additionally, congratulations came from the Secretaries General of the SCO Nurlan Ermekbaev and the CSTO Taalatbek Masadykov.
