At a recent meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh Committee on Agricultural Policy, plans were revealed by the mayor of Bishkek to introduce a new deputy position. This will be the sixth deputy in the mayor's team.

Vice Mayor Ramiz Aliyev announced that the new deputy will be Aibek Junushaliev, who will be responsible for infrastructure development in the recently annexed residential areas as part of the administrative-territorial reform.

It is also worth noting that another vice mayor, Azamat Kadyrov, previously mentioned that at least 39 billion soms are needed to improve conditions in the annexed territories. This amount is expected from extrabudgetary sources and is intended for the creation of engineering communications and infrastructure improvement. In this regard, the need for an additional deputy mayor has arisen.

Currently, Mayor Aibek Junushaliev already has five deputies: Mirlanbek Baigonchokov, Victoria Mozgacheva, Ramiz Aliyev, Azamat Kadyrov, and Nurgazy Kurmanbekov.
