Members of the Jogorku Kenesh were shown the combat training of soldiers
The deputies had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the conditions of service for military personnel, as well as with the organization of combat training and the logistical support that ensures the country's defense capability.
Defense Minister Ruslan Mukambetov answered questions from parliamentarians regarding the state and progress in the development of military infrastructure, as well as issues related to logistical support and equipping the Armed Forces with modern types of equipment and armaments.
During the visit, the deputies also saw samples of weapons and military equipment that were purchased with funds from the republican budget and learned about their use in the combat training process.
Committee members communicated with military personnel, learning about their daily activities and conditions of service.
After the meeting concluded, the prospects for further development of military units of the Ministry of Defense and measures to strengthen the country's defense capability were discussed.
