The powers of the deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, Shairbek Tashiev, have been prematurely terminated.
It should be noted that the day before, Tashiev himself submitted a statement for the voluntary surrender of his mandate.
Previously, the deputy was summoned for questioning at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, after which he was released; however, the details of the current criminal case in which he is involved have not been disclosed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. It is also unclear whether he is a witness or a suspect.
It is important to note that Shairbek Tashiev is the brother of Kamchybek Tashiev, who previously headed the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.
