
During the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh Committee on Finance, Budget, and Entrepreneurship, the draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Competition" was reviewed, during which the issue of special supply conditions, such as the installation of refrigerators and other preferences provided by manufacturers, was raised.
A representative of "Coca-Cola Bishkek Bottlers" noted that their contracts fully comply with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and contain no contradictions. He also added that the company supplies products both independently and through distributors, having implemented antimonopoly compliance and conducting training for its employees and distributors to avoid violations in the field of competition.
In the context of informing and promoting competition policy, Aibek Mamyraliev clarified the directions and measures of responsibility for violations of competition legislation.
The parties also discussed the importance of strict adherence to the norms of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning competition, pricing, domestic trade, and consumer rights protection.
According to the State Antimonopoly Service, the company expressed its readiness to cooperate to ensure compliance with the legislation in case specific facts of competition rule violations are identified.
