The proposed amendments concern the cabinet's resolution dated January 31, 2025, No. 46, which approves the procedure for conducting sanitary and epidemiological control, as well as the examination and inspection of facilities.
According to the draft, one of the requirements necessary for obtaining a sanitary and epidemiological inspection act will be excluded. In particular, it is proposed to remove the need to provide an architectural and technical conclusion for the repurposing or reconstruction of the facility.
To obtain the act, the following documents will still need to be submitted:
- an application in the established form;
- technical documentation (act of commissioning the facility or technical passport, conclusion on the technological part of the project);
- title documents (for example, a sales or lease agreement);
- results of laboratory studies, if necessary;
- act of sanitary and epidemiological inspection;
- documents on state registration of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur.
The cabinet of ministers emphasizes that these changes are aimed at implementing Article 64 of the Law "On Public Health" and improving the procedure for sanitary and epidemiological control.
The draft resolution is available on the unified portal for public discussion of regulatory legal acts, where citizens and organizations can leave their comments and suggestions.
