Anti-Corruption Policy and Judicial Reforms
The President noted that the relentless fight against corruption will continue, emphasizing that even close relatives will not be protected from punishment.

The head of state cited the example that 90% of candidates for the position of head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations had connections to corruption, which creates difficulties in finding honest personnel.
Regarding the judicial system, the president stated that all practices of "curators" who interfered in the work of judges have been completely eliminated. He personally monitors the situation and maintains contact with judges to prevent pressure on them.
Return of Seized Assets
The authorities are preparing to publish a complete list of assets returned to state ownership, including buildings and enterprises. This information will be made public upon completion of the audit.
I instructed the General Prosecutor's Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the State Committee for National Security to accept applications and thoroughly verify them. If someone has illegally appropriated property or money from entrepreneurs, it must be returned.

The president instructed the government to prioritize local producers in public procurement, mentioning a syringe factory whose products are insufficiently represented in the market.
Combating Regionalism and Student Rotation
The president emphasized the need to overcome the division of the country into north and south, which is a matter of national security. Starting from September 2027, mandatory student rotation will be introduced: applicants from southern regions will be enrolled in budget places at northern universities and vice versa, with an annual allocation of 10,000 grant places.
