The purpose of this document is to implement the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Youth" and to promote the strengthening of the family institution, as well as to foster a responsible approach to parenting and increase the level of psychological and pedagogical literacy among young families. The main task of the resolution is to establish uniform standards for educational programs and the procedure for conducting courses for those entering marriage and for young parents.
Funding for activities related to the implementation of this resolution will be carried out within the budgetary funds approved for the respective years for state bodies and local self-governments (upon agreement), as well as from other sources not prohibited by the legislation of Kyrgyzstan. The Ministries of Labor, Social Welfare and Migration, as well as Culture, Information and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic are instructed to align their actions with the new resolution.
