Today, at a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, President Sadyr Japarov called on the deputies about the importance of maintaining unity in the parliament. He noted that recent events in the legislative body, related to attempts by some deputies to incite a split, have become known to everyone.

“We managed to prevent this split in time. Let’s avoid such actions in the future, as they pose a threat to our statehood,” he emphasized in his address to the parliamentarians.

In addition, the president reminded of his promise to combat regional divisions, adding that the measures already taken have begun to yield results.
