Policy for the Protection of Women's Rights

According to Baisalov, the government is actively working to improve legislation and mechanisms for the protection of women, adhering to the principle of zero tolerance for violence and crimes against them.

Protection of Women in Conflicts

In his speech, he also highlighted the importance of adhering to international norms and protecting civilians, especially women and children, in conflict situations.

One cannot speak of women's rights while ignoring the suffering they endure in conflict zones. The protection of women must become an important part of international security.

A Woman as UN Secretary-General

Baisalov emphasized that the United Nations should set an example in the field of equality, adding that "the time has come for a woman to be elected as Secretary-General, and this has long been overdue".
