The deputy called for accurate data on planted seedlings to be provided.
He noted that according to information from the Ministry of Natural Resources, within the framework of the national program "Zhasyl Muras," it was planned to plant 8 million saplings across the country by 2025.
However, the deputy emphasized that the Forestry Service carries out this task annually, but the actual figures do not match the stated ones. "These data exist only on paper. Let's not mislead ourselves or society," he urged, addressing the representatives of the Ministry of Natural Resources.
Asel Raimkulova, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision, added that in 2026, 7 million soms are allocated for the planting of saplings — 1 million for each region. She also pointed out that the coordination of the implementation of the national program is taken on by the Ministry of Natural Resources.
