Kazakhstan is ready to provide grants to students from Palestine

At a recent briefing in the Mazhilis, where journalists asked questions about Kazakhstan's financial contributions, Jumangarin noted that the republic has not yet made any transfers. According to him, Kazakhstan is ready to offer various forms of assistance, including sending medical personnel with field hospitals and providing grants for students.

In addition, he emphasized that Kazakhstan intends to provide humanitarian aid, including the supply of food. "Most of our assistance will be expressed in such initiatives," he added.

It is worth noting that earlier, U.S. President Donald Trump reported that the countries in the Council of Peace had already raised $7 billion. However, Jumangarin clarified that at the government level, the issue of a possible financial contribution has not yet been discussed.

Recall that Kazakhstan became a member of the Council of Peace without making the mandatory contribution of one billion dollars stipulated by the organization's charter.
