According to him, video materials of the conflict appeared on social media and in the media, but no one attempted to find out his point of view.
Kokulov expressed dissatisfaction that journalists did not inquire about his opinion before publishing the video. "Now it has come to the point that trash was thrown on my car," he noted.
Although the deputy does not intend to seek out the culprit, he pointed out that the identity of the offender could have been established with the help of cameras.
Kokulov also admitted that he violated traffic rules, but expressed dissatisfaction that patrol service officers visited his home around 11:00 PM, even though the violation occurred around 7:00 PM.
He added that the published video was edited, which creates a false impression of his disrespect for the law. Nevertheless, Kokulov emphasized that he takes responsibility for his violation and is ready to pay the fine, suggesting discussing the situation the next day during working hours.
