Kokulov noted that he became a victim of a targeted attack when his behavior was mocked.
“I was portrayed in a negative light due to a minor offense, even though I was merely demanding that the traffic police comply with the law. The incident occurred at 7 PM, but the officers arrived at my home only at 11 PM. I offered to sign the violation report during working hours, but I do not think it is right for them to come to my house at night. This is a clear violation of my right to privacy and inviolability as a deputy. Furthermore, the report was compiled by a press service employee who filmed everything on his iPhone, rather than on a body camera,” he emphasized.
Representatives of the traffic police promised to provide a written response to the deputy's complaint.
