By the decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov, in accordance with paragraph 4 of part 6 of article 70 and article 71 of the country's Constitution, Aibek Malabekovich Toktobolotov has been appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the State of Qatar.
