“Unfortunately, in the past, political ambitions often intersected with the duties of civil servants, which slowed down development and undermined public trust. Political games are unacceptable, as they lead to chaos, conflicts, and stagnation. We have experienced times when decisions were made not in the interests of the people, but for the benefit of narrow groups. Today we must avoid such mistakes,” emphasized Japarov.
He also noted that each employee should focus on their responsibilities.
The president added: “Salary and the trust of the state obligate us to work honestly and diligently, without compromises. Power must become an effective tool for development. Unlawful actions, such as hiring through connections, are unacceptable. If such facts are revealed, even the most qualified leader will be held accountable,” stated the head of state.
Japarov called for the creation of a new, open, and effective management system in Kyrgyzstan.
“Only with clear execution of duties can we eliminate chaos, corruption, and bureaucratic pressure. This approach will allow us to achieve the set goals, strengthen trust in the state, and ensure sustainable development of the country,” he concluded.
