The photograph of Orozbek Sydykov, who held the position of deputy minister, has been removed from the official web resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic. According to sources in the agency, he has left his position, and the presentation of a new deputy is expected in the coming days.
Orozbek Kadyrbekovich Sydykov was born in 1987 in the Osh region. He received higher education, graduating in 2012 from the Osh State Law Institute with a degree in "lawyer".
From 2015 to 2017, he studied at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, where he obtained a master's degree in public and municipal administration.
In 2021, Sydykov was appointed deputy minister of justice. At the age of 35, he became a major-general of justice (state advisor of justice of the 3rd class), making him one of the youngest generals in the history of the country.
