Kurmankul Zulyshev, who heads the Committee on Constitutional Legislation, State Structure, Local Self-Government, and Regulations, reported that the deputy group "Ala-Too" proposed the candidacy of Gulkan Moldobekova for the position of chairperson of the Committee on Labor, Health, Women’s Affairs, and Social Issues. In turn, the deputy group "Adilet Kyrgyzstan" nominated Suinbek Omurzakov for the position of chairperson of the Committee on Judicial and Legal Issues, Law and Order, Combating Crime, and Counteracting Corruption.
Also from the group "Adilet Kyrgyzstan," Zhyldyz Kurmanalieva was nominated for the position of deputy chairperson of the Committee on Judicial and Legal Issues.
Edida Taygaraeva, chairperson of the Audit Commission, reported the results of the secret ballot, in which the distribution of votes among the deputies was as follows:
- Gulkan Moldobekova: 74 votes "for," 0 "against";
- Suinbek Omurzakov: 79 votes "for," 2 "against";
- Zhyldyz Kurmanalieva: 77 votes "for," 2 "against."
