Deputy of the Parliament demands to simplify entry rules for former citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic
She noted that according to the new regulation introduced in October 2023, foreigners in the country cannot re-enter for two months after their month of stay.
In Mavlyanova's opinion, such restrictions pose significant obstacles for migrants who continue to maintain contact with their relatives and loved ones.
“Many of them have parents and relatives here. There are situations when loved ones need assistance, or emergencies arise, and our former compatriots cannot come due to these prohibitions,” the deputy emphasized.
In light of the above, Mahabat Mavlyanova called on the government to reconsider the current regulation and simplify the entry conditions for former citizens of the country.
