Even the recent incident at TSUM showed that the mayor was unaware of what was happening, although residents were discussing it on social media. How can we allow such situations? The lack of control and chaotic construction are pressing issues. Bishkek is extremely lacking in social facilities. The courtyards have broken asphalt, and the akims do not attend meetings with the population, relying only on house committees and neighborhood leaders.
