Britain and France deny preparing to arm Kyiv with a nuclear bomb
In the British embassy in Moscow, it was emphasized: “We do not intend to and will not transfer nuclear munitions or related technologies to Ukraine.”
The French side also denied the rumors spread by Russian special services. In their statement, they said: “The claim about the so-called plans to transfer nuclear weapons to Ukraine is complete nonsense. Russia is known to often resort to such provocations involving certain state structures.”
Additionally, a representative of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Georgiy Tikhiy, stated in an interview with Reuters that Kyiv “categorically rejects such absurd accusations.”
Earlier, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service claimed that, according to their information, London and Paris are actively exploring the possibilities of transferring nuclear weapons and delivery systems to Kyiv, including the covert transfer of European components and technologies.
