In Kyrgyzstan, a program for the development of culture and arts for 2026-2030 has been approved

The program aimed at the development of culture and art in Kyrgyzstan for the period from 2026 to 2030 has been officially approved by Adylbek Kasymaliev, as reported by the government press service.
This document has been prepared in accordance with the decree of the President of Kyrgyzstan on "urgent measures for state support of culture, art, and sports." It includes an action plan, the program budget, and a matrix for monitoring and evaluating its implementation.

The main goals of the program are:

Additionally, the program aims to strengthen cultural ties between regions, support cultural initiatives, and create conditions for active citizen participation in the cultural life of the country. About 30 events covering six priority areas are planned within the framework of the program.
Heads of ministries, state agencies, and other authorities in Kyrgyzstan involved in implementing the action plan have been instructed to ensure its timely and strict execution.
