Suimanov emphasized that throughout his parliamentary activity, he always sought to consider the opinions of citizens, raising important issues for them and trying to find solutions.
“I perceive every appeal as significant. I understand that radical changes do not happen instantly, but I have always strived for this. My motto as a deputy is: ‘My service is for the good of the people,’ and I remain committed to this principle. Serving society means more than just fulfilling the duties of a deputy,” he stated.
He also noted that in recent days, there have been numerous discussions and debates on social media regarding this matter.
“For me, the most important thing is the unity of the people and peace in the country. My mandate is not more important than my conscience, reputation, and agreement among people. To avoid further division in society, I have decided to end my parliamentary activity.
As for the videos that have appeared on the internet, I want to clarify: I do not know this person. I was not pressured. When I heard that he was being threatened, I advised him to resolve the issue peacefully and avoid conflicts.I do not view this decision as a trial. I ask that it not be politicized. Good luck to whoever takes my position. I express my sincere gratitude to the voters of my district who supported me, as well as to everyone who helped me during the campaign. And I apologize to all of you,” Suimanov concluded.
