President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev proposed to create a unique award named after former U.S. President Donald Trump, in recognition of his contributions to peacebuilding.
Photo Akorda. The President of Kazakhstan announced his intention to establish an award named after Donald Trump for achievements in the field of peacebuilding.
During his speech in Washington, Tokayev noted: “I propose to establish a special award from the Council of Peace in honor of President Trump to acknowledge his outstanding efforts and achievements.” He expressed confidence that under Trump's leadership, the Council of Peace would be able to effectively carry out its important mission.

Tokayev also emphasized that Kazakhstan is interested in participating in international processes of recovery and construction, involving companies with a high reputation and competence.

“This program may include the construction of infrastructure, housing, educational institutions, medical facilities, and other significant social projects. Kazakhstan, being one of the leading global producers of wheat, is ready to help ensure food security both in Gaza and beyond,” he added.

Additionally, Kazakhstan plans to provide more than 500 educational grants to Palestinian students for studying at universities in the country over the next five years.
