Bolot Ibragimov became the Vice-Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh
The proposal for his candidacy was put forward by the parliamentary group "Mekenchil." Previously, Bolot Ibragimov was not a member of any parliamentary groups, but has now become a member of "Mekenchil."
His appointment was supported by 53 deputies, while 16 voted against.

Bolot Ibragimov became vice-speaker in place of Karim Khandzheza, who left his position for personal reasons.
At the time of his appointment, Bolot Ibragimov is 36 years old. He was elected as a deputy of the Bishkek City Kenesh in 2024, where he later held the position of vice-speaker. In 2025, he received a mandate as a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, representing the multi-mandate electoral district No. 22 (Oktyabrsky district).
