The current state of Central Asia indicates that the region has entered a new phase of its development. This was stated by Azamat Sulimanov, head of the Department of the Institute for Strategic and Interregional Studies under the President of Uzbekistan, at the international conference "C6: A Unified Region, A Common Future — Strengthening Strategic Dialogue," held in Baku.

Sulimanov noted that in a relatively short period, Central Asia has managed to move from simple dialogue to genuine partnership. Territorial disputes in the region have been successfully resolved, borders have been opened, and cooperation has been established in areas such as energy, transport, and trade. Consultative meetings of the leaders of Central Asian states have become an important element in shaping the architecture of regional partnership.

In his opinion, these meetings have demonstrated their effectiveness as a productive mechanism for direct and structured communication between the leaders of the countries in the region.
