Kokulov called for the need to reconsider these appointments, pointing out that "perhaps we can achieve justice, as we now have the opportunity to do so." He emphasized that among the committee chairs, leaders of deputy groups, and some vice-speakers, there are those who do not deserve their positions.
He added that many of them had no experience working in government positions and cannot boast significant achievements for the country, yet still hold high positions. "Why is this happening? It is due to unwritten laws. We have the opportunity to review the candidacies of some chairs and vice-speakers so that we are not ashamed in front of the citizens," concluded Kokulov.
