This statement was made against the backdrop of discussions on personnel issues in the municipality of the southern capital. However, the emphasis of the head of the cabinet was on the importance of economic discipline and the protection of entrepreneurs' rights.
“There should be no unwarranted and illegal inspections. The Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Tax Service, I repeat, stop the undue pressure on business. If there are real violations of the law — that is one thing, but simply demanding money or services without grounds is unacceptable,” he emphasized.
Kasymaliev reminded about the existing moratorium on inspections in the country, stating that any control measures must be conducted strictly within the framework of the law and with valid grounds.
Additionally, the head of the cabinet instructed the prosecutor's office. He noted that it should closely monitor the situation and prevent any abuses.
Kasymaliev also emphasized that the contribution of entrepreneurs to the country's economy is very significant.
Business pays its taxes. Thanks to these taxes, we can develop infrastructure, build roads and other facilities. Their role in the economy cannot be underestimated.
Adylbek Kasymaliev
The head of the cabinet noted that supporting entrepreneurship remains a top priority of state policy, and any pressure or corruption must be unacceptable.
